Overview
Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1296, by Ghebi. The establishment of Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Ghebi struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf as a prison colony.
Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf was built using the conventions of Gnoll durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf is buildings are arranged arround a network of broad paverstone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city sits behind an impressive looking clay brick wall. The wall is notable for querried stone blocks being used to renforce the clay bricks in the expected manner and locations. While the wall was built to the exact specifications of modern fortifications, one has to wonder why the money invested into creating such a well fortified wall wasnt spent on a less impressive looking wall crated from sturdier materials. Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf's walls would endure a brief bombardment, but only from light siege weapons. It seems more likly the city's walls were not designed with defence in mind but rather lending the town a certain air with visitors. Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf's boondoggle-of-a-fortified wall has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
A look around Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf is like a look into a broken heart which long ago fell to corruption. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need… unless of course, they would be an easy target for some robbery. The city has truly fallen to evil.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf lost 192 people, 104 livestock, and 79 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 107, when members of Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf's militia enacted an operation to locate a particular irregulars group. The operation was complicated by a significant percentage of the militia choose to go abandon the operation and return home. The conflict ended with needing to break through the enemy's lines, which ended in a stalemate for Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Ipotäpi-īentighhi Xluwuf's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
